Operator and scope
This website is operated by Montaire Integrated Facility Solutions LLC, trading as Montaire Solutions. These terms concern the website and its enquiry process. A separately accepted service agreement governs actual cleaning services; these website terms do not replace that agreement or create a booking simply because you browse or submit a form.
Quotes and availability
A form submission is a request for contact or an assessment, not a confirmed price, appointment, or contract. Scope, access arrangements, service dates, exclusions, pricing, applicable taxes, and availability must be agreed with you. Any online estimate is preliminary unless expressly confirmed in an accepted quotation. Coming-soon or launch registration does not guarantee a launch date or reservation.
Payments, cancellations, and refunds
This website does not currently accept online payments or confirm bookings. Payment schedules, deposits if any, cancellations, rescheduling, and any refund entitlement must be specified in the applicable service agreement before you commit. No cancellation charge is imposed merely by submitting an enquiry. Nothing here removes a non-waivable statutory right.
Golden Guarantee
For an agreed service, the advertised Golden Guarantee covers further attention needed within the agreed cleaning scope: Montaire will take care of it within 24 hours at no additional charge. Contact us promptly with the details and provide reasonable access so we can address the issue. This is not a promise to undertake additional work outside the agreed scope and does not replace your applicable legal rights.
Accurate information and permitted use
Provide accurate information and submit details only when authorised to do so. Do not impersonate another person, submit unlawful content, introduce malicious software, circumvent access controls, probe systems without authorisation, or interfere with other visitors’ use. We may restrict abusive use. Please do not include sensitive personal data or confidential access credentials in public-facing forms.
Content and external links
Website branding, text, imagery, and other materials belong to Montaire or their respective licensors. You may view the website for legitimate personal or business enquiry purposes; copying or exploiting protected content requires permission or another lawful basis. Links to external services do not make their content or policies ours. Cinematic and AI-created imagery is illustrative, not a representation that the depicted locations, equipment, or people are Montaire’s actual operations.
Website limitations
We aim to keep the website accurate and available, but errors, interruptions, or delayed communications can occur. To the extent permitted by law, we do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free website operation. These terms do not exclude liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, do not waive consumer protections, and do not limit responsibility under an accepted service agreement.
Law, updates, and contact
Texas law and applicable federal law govern these website terms, subject to any mandatory law that applies to you. No mandatory arbitration, class-action waiver, or exclusive court venue is imposed by these website terms. Material changes will be identified with an updated effective date. Montaire Integrated Facility Solutions LLC, trading as Montaire Solutions, offers optional text communications for residential and commercial cleaning customers and people enquiring about our services.

Your choices and consent
Sign up at our text signup page by entering a US mobile number and actively choosing service updates, marketing offers, or both. Each choice starts unchecked. Providing a phone number, making an enquiry, accepting website terms or booking a service does not by itself enrol you in marketing texts. Consent is optional and is not a condition of purchase. Use a number you own or are authorised to use.
Current program status
Consent collection is open. Automated messaging is awaiting activation; submitting the website signup form saves your permission but does not send a text or confirm that you own the number. Message delivery will begin only after the messaging service is activated. This signup does not make a cleaning booking. Any future recurring program will provide an enrolment confirmation with its messaging disclosures when activated.
Withdrawing permission and getting help
You can withdraw permission now by emailing ask@montairecleaning.com with the mobile number and, if available, your signup reference. Once program messaging is active, reply STOP to any program text to unsubscribe; an opt-out confirmation may be sent. You will not receive further program messages unless you opt in again. Reply HELP for help, or use the email and phone above. Tell us if you change or stop using your number.
Rates, availability and delivery
Message and data rates may apply under your mobile plan, including for messages you send. Montaire does not charge a separate signup fee. Carriers are not liable for any delayed or undelivered messages. Availability and delivery depend on your carrier and network; this program is not for emergencies.
Privacy and records
Our Privacy Policy explains how your phone number and consent record are used. We retain your selected permissions, the consent text and version, source page, time and reference to document your choice. Mobile information and SMS opt-in data are not sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Service providers may process information only as needed to store consent, deliver authorised communications and operate the service.
